On 14th April 2025, we received a request from one of the renowned doctors, regarding partial claim approval for his Hyundai Creta, which had sustained damage in an accident on 8th April. While the front bumper, left fender, and left cladding were approved, crucial parts such as the left side mirror, left front door, and lower front bumper were rejected by the surveyor, who argued they didn’t match the cause of loss.
Understanding the inconvenience, we immediately intervened and discussed the matter with the surveyor. However, due to continued disagreement, the issue was escalated to our SPOC at ICICI for review. Following a detailed assessment, all previously rejected parts were approved on 21st April, and the vehicle was delivered to the insured on 23rd April.
