Key Responsibilities:
- Do Cold Call on the Lead-Based Data?
- Convert leads into sales.
- Responsible to establish productive, professional relationships with customers.
- Responsible for all operations, customer servicing, and customer retention activities for customers.
- Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & amp; yearly targets.
- Responsible for business tracking, analyzing, and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority.
Candidate Profile:
Behavioral -
- Excellent interpersonal and should have good verbal and written communications skills
- Multi-tasking and who can prioritize multiple projects at a time and take initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to campaign objectives.
- Experience in cross-team coordination with proven results high ownership skills
Technical -
- Should be a self-starter and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated excellent analytical ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence others without formal authority.
- Prior B2B and B2C sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment of a high-growth start-up
