I got my policies one month after payment.there was too much confusion regarding nominee and it's relation to me.i got amendement for this after many calls.it took one month to get all these amendments done ,and i got policy one month after payment.but i appreciate mr john for his help and immediate response to my calls.

Only the schedule to policy was received on 27th november, by whats app message through no. 73037 01888. i have requested for "policy document of icici along with list of inclusions" and receipt. the payment was done in afternoon of 12 november. documents were sent on 10th november. waiting for full policy document
