I have taken a health insurance for me der was a mistake in the issuing date of the policy copy for which cover u guys started to rectify the mistake and helped me issuing a fresh copy from the before mentioned date,but my father's insurance copy was completely in a mess after 9 days i got a information that my father's policy copy could not be ported,i had made paid the money and submitted all necessary documents but ultimately it was not successful and i had to continue with the old policy with great difficulty as the date which was due for renewal had passed !!
I can at present only vouch for your customer service in buyingthepolicy. i hope availing the assured benefits should be hassle free. thank you.

Worst customer service experience.wouod have rated negative if possible. while selling the insurance they say that they will provide full support and make sure that i get the maximum benefit. inspite of buying all the add ons and paying hefty premium for the same still they didnt help me in my motor claim and i ended up paying the bill for the repair of my car. worst experience. would not recommend!!!

Worst services no one is responding never never go with cover you
These people are cheating on us using our ignorence and lack of our time to do it by our selves. it's all about selling scrap schemes at very high cost. they don't help you with what you want but aim to sell their vested interest . i am yet to get my policy copy. are we really coverd under insurance. a m getting lot of convincing reasons every day from these people for the delay but yet to get the policy done. cover you is not the same which we have seen few years back. no grievance redressal. time to get away from them. awake doctors community.
