    The Digital Health ID is a unique 14-digit number used to access, manage & disseminate your medical records digitally.     All Healthcare Professionals in India who wish to access & share their medical records across different healthcare systems & stakeholders digitally in a hassle-free manner should register themselves for the Healthcare Professionals ID. The data shall be entered by the Healthcare Professionals & will be verified by the concerned Council\/ Board, thereby building blocks for digitizing all necessary details about Doctors under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Registering for the Healthcare Professional ID is an easy procedure of 3 simple steps requiring your basic details & your 20-30 minutes!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Generate your unique Healthcare Professional ID number using your Aadhaar or other KYC details.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Fill the Registration Form with basic demographic details, registration details, academic qualifications & professional details. The registry advises all interested candidates to keep their Registration Certificate, Degree\u00a0 & Proof of Employment handy before initiating the registration process.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Submit the form for final verification to the concerned Council\/ Board.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
