On 14th March 2025, a doctor from Ahmedabad had to make a medical claim under his health insurance plan from ICICI Lombard. It was a regular reimbursement. Everything was submitted, the claim was processed, but \u20b93,648 was missing from the settlement. It was a small amount, but it was his money.
