Her newly purchased KIA SYROS suffered damage to both the front right and left rear doors. She reported the incident and filed a claim on her own. But when the insurer approved only half the damage, frustration set in. The policy of the client has been active under TATA AIG since March 2025.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>The Real Issue: One Side Approved and One Side Ignored.<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despite the damage being part of the same incident, the insurer\u2019s surveyor only approved the front right side for repair. The left rear door claim was rejected, with the reason that it wasn\u2019t related to the accident. For a car barely a month old and a doctor relying on it daily, that decision didn\u2019t sit right.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>We Took It Up Issue And Took It Higher<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The moment we got the call from a doctor, our legal claim expert team acted fast. We reached out to the surveyor and insurer to challenge the rejection. The initial answer didn\u2019t change. So, we went a step further. We helped the insured draft a clear, professional grievance email to the insurer\u2019s escalation team. Within 24 hours, the insurer reopened the case and approved the repair for the left rear door.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>The outcome of the process was different<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CoverYou handled the case legally and professionally with the law, and the vehicle was fully repaired and delivered back to the insured on 24th April 2025.
